Since we are an organization providing services, we strive for excellence in our customer relations. We do not provide for 'returns' because there are no 'products' for you as a client to return to us.

We provide web hosting services and domain registration thru our business partners. These services are for a stated period of time, and are payable in advance for the period. No refunds are possible for these services unless the domain name cannot be registered. In this case we will contact you and offer suggestions for an alternative domain name; if you cannot arrive at a decision on an acceptable alternative, we will refund your money within 30 days by the same process which you utilized to make payment.

Over the past 3 years, our web hosting services have achieved 99.9+% uptime, which is better than the national average. In addition, we maintain backups of your website in case of the unlikely event of a major system failure.

All of our other services are labor intensive (web design, site setup, website maintenance, search engine optimization/submission, image enhancement, logo design, etc.). As a result, these services are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that you discover an error in grammar or spelling, or a link that does not work, we will correct the error without charge. In most cases, we have found that the materials supplied by our clients contain grammar and/or spelling errors, so we endeavor to check for these errors both with software and with a thorough reading of the site content as it is assembled. We also check links at the time the website is installed or maintenance is performed, but we cannot be responsible to check for valid links after that time.

We suggest that you periodically review your website, and if maintenance is needed, purchase a maintenance contract or request a quote to make the changes that you require.
